OBJECTIVE: Turnkey project management support in mold management and Shrink sleeving machine documentation and validation.
OUTCOME: Scientific mold qualifications completed successfully in Europe for complex bi-injection cube mold of 48 cavities along with advanced hot runner system for a major FMCG giant for their North American market. Similar projects completed with other FMCGs for ISBM multi cavities molds, and injection molding components along with Asia pacific team.
New technology applicator from Latin America been qualified successfully.
As part of scientific qualification docket SOP includes TBA (Technical bid analysis) & CBA (Commercial Bid Analysis) is followed by FAT, SAT etc for professionally managed selection process.
